kkwong5 asked:

Costco is not always the cheapest place to buy things……..I’m looking for a price list of Costco items so that it is easier for me to comparison shop.

i.e. I know that a box of Cup of Noodles comes down to 25 cents a cup at Costco, but 23 cents at Walmart.

Does anybody know where I can get a general price list of Costco items, since their items generally do not go on sale?

I’m looking for mostly food items (Case of yogurt, the 4 pack of Tropicana OJ, the 2 pack of milk, etc), but any suggestions help.

THANKS.

I believe that the prices vary some based on location, so you might do better to search blog sites of coupons moms or homemakers in your state. Costco.com lists prices of big ticket items, but I don’t think you’ll find an official price list of small items online anywhere.

Oh yeah, and Wal-mart/ Sam’s club is probably always gonna be a few cents cheaper than everyone. Always, I’d probably even be willing to wage money on it. That’s kind of the way they work. Costco’s carry an inventory of about 4000 items (maybe 5000 or 6000) at this point. Wal-Mart gets exponentially more items and of course a larger quantity of them and so can demand a better profit margin than most everybody else. I usually know this, but went with Costco over Sam’s Club for ethical/ moral reasons.
