Is the beef cooked in sainsbury’s bolognese?

Just wanted to know if the beef that they put in bolognese is cooked or not?
I bought a sainsbury’s bolognese like this:

but here is the thing:

On the manual it says to pierce the film lid and put the whole thing (without the sleeve) in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Our oven however I think takes longer to cook things, but I put the whole hing on a plate and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Should I have cooked it for longer – cause I removed the whole packaging?

Bottomline: should I be worried or is the beef cooked?
