Is this a good deal on a 1997 BMW 328i?

I’m about to buy a 1997 BMW 328i for $4,300 but it has 160,000 miles. Other than that, it does not have any other issues I believe.

I know BMWs tend to survive longer, but is the price and mileage comparison a “good” deal in the end? Thanks.
